LegalCheq provides a platform that allows users to submit contracts and other legal documents for review by qualified, independent experts from the LawFlex network. LegalCheq itself is a technology platform that facilitates this connection and review process.

3. No Attorney-Client Relationship

LegalCheq is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Your use of the Service does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and LegalCheq.
The reviewing experts are independent contractors, and any attorney-client relationship is formed directly between you and the assigned expert, subject to that lawyer’s individual engagement terms.

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Providing accurate, complete, and lawful information when using our Service.

• Ensuring that any document you upload for review belongs to you or that you have the legal right to share it.

You warrant that your uploaded materials do not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

5. Personal Information

We may collect personal information from users in various ways, including when you:

• Register on our platform

• Place an order or subscribe to a service

8. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds

• Once a document review has begun, payments are non-refundable.

• If you were charged in error, or a duplicate or erroneous payment was made, you may request a refund within 7 business days of the transaction.

• Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

• LegalCheq reserves the right to review each request and determine eligibility on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellations

• You may cancel your order before the review has started by contacting info@legalcheq.com with your order details.

• If the review process has already started, cancellations are not eligible for refunds unless approved in advance and in writing by LegalCheq.

• For subscription-based or recurring services (if applicable), cancellations may be made anytime, and will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LegalCheq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption - arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
